Does any video exist of her Chicago run? In particular the final against Tauson?

 

I'm afraid not. I've had a good look around for her some of her matches @ Chicago and can't find them. Either the WTA125 event wasn't broadcast, or it was and no-one has recorded it and made it available for download.

There are a few amateur clips floating around on Youtube of her matches, but none against Tauson and nothing official.

 

I tried to play the Sharif qualifier but got this message : 'Unable to play this video at this time. The number of allowed playbacks has been exceeded. Please try again later'

 

It would seem Google have implemented a "rate per day" limit on playbacks. Have you tried downloading the file and playing it locally as an alternative?

Update - I've removed the TSN coverage of the AO 2022 R2 match with Kovinic and replaced it with a better quality version sourced from ESPN+. It has the same commentary team but it's 1080p and 60FPS instead of 30FPS.

Honestly, I thought the Kovinic match was hella entertaining. She fell away in the last couple of games but she had been out there for over 2hr 40mins chasing ball after ball down to slice. She was naturally quite tired towards the back-end of the match.

I'll guarantee that if they ever meet again on a HC, Emma would routine her 1 and 2.

 

Thanks for posting these. I watched the last part of her last Wimbledon match again...it's too hard to ever watch again. Very sad and heartbreaking to see and will only stick to positive highlights going forward.

 

No problem.

It's difficult but I watch her defeats every now and again just for the reality check. Sometimes it's healthy not to get too carried away.

Yeah, was running a little short on space, so did a bit of a clean out of the drive a few weeks back. I didn't think anyone would need it anymore

 

@xenosys Just curious if you’ve got any of coverage of Emma’s run on any of the Junior slams like Roland Garros or US Open? No worries if not.
